I know this is a necro, but just wanted to let all of you know who go to Acme that they are one of our FrogLube dealers for anyone wanting to pick some up. Talk to Joe about it if he's there.

FrogLube is a bio-based CLP (Cleaner, Lubricant and Protectant) that takes the place of the regular old petroleum based CLP's like Breakfree, Hoppes, etc... Like the guy who is posting as "FrogLube" here I am distributor for the product but happen to be down in Alabama and am covering the Southeastern US. My brother-in-law (rooster007) who posts on here has been using some FrogLube that I gave him and he shot several of my weapons over the Thanksgiving holidays when he was down here and they all shot and felt great according to him.

Frog lube sounds a lot like Ballistol. If I recall, Ballistol is made in Germany and is also bio-based. Can be kind of hard to find but, I've used it and it's great. Might try some Frog-lube and see how it stacks up.

Also, a kudo's to Acme. Joe, Curt and Clint are great guys to deal with.

Do a field review of both afterwards...

Gustav drop me a PM and I will be glad to send out a few sample packs of FrogLube for you to try. I also carry Dyna-Tek Gun Shield and Bore Coat for coating and protection against corrosion and Copper fouling in the barrel.
