I just finished watching this video after pausing it last night.
Man, the "rebuttal" dude is just priceless. The 2nd amendment as an individual right is "archaic" and "moribund"? What a tool, though the 1st questioner put him in his place very nicely with the 1st amendment statement. He actually resorts to saying that courts striking down laws is not a strict reading of the Constitution, therefore it is hypocritical for "conservatives" to advocate doing so.
That view actually has its place as the Constitution doesn't actually give the power of judicial review to the courts, including the Supreme Court. But that door was opened up (I believe) in Marbury vs. Madison and has NEVER been closed since. I don't buy the idea of binding precedent, but good luck trying to stop any courts, let alone the SCOTUS, from reviewing laws they don't like.
The jackass did wrap up with some good points though.
