Reloading 300BO with 150 gn flat base bullets . Some of the bullet are not seating cemetrcal When pressing cartrages in a cartrage gage they are tight and I can see rub marks on one side. I’m chamfuring the neck with a deburrring tool . Some bullets are plum . I’m using a Hornady die. How would I be-able to straighten then out with out tearing them down?

You cannot straighten them out. You will have to tear them down and go through the sizing process. Make sure expanding ball is set correctly when sizing. Just went through same process on some .223 cases I converted to 300AAC
