    But I am questioning why the security guard is not named as a defendant?!?

    He don't have the :spend: to shell out should the parents win. But the school system now that has $$$$$$.

    How does handcuffs keep them from talking in class, gags are so much more effective.

    Interesting. The thread last week was applauding police in schools. I mean, if the parents aren't doing their job, administrators hands are tied because they don't want to get sued, what are schools supposed to do?

    My "Why my kids will never set foot in a public school for anything but work permits" list is running out of room. I never thought it was possible to use up all the space in an excel sheet with actual data but they're gettin' close.
