About 3 weeks ago some moron backed in to my truck, wrecking the bumper and doing a bit of damage. I PM'd AllenM about getting the repairs done and he set the wheels in motion. On the 22nd, I dropped it off at Diamond Collision in Avon. Thru the process, Charles, John, and Debbie kept me in the loop and worked with the moron's insurance agency to revise the estimate and make sure the rental coverage was extended.
Today at 5 o'clock I picked my truck up and as I expected, the work was excellent! Big thanks to the crew at Diamond for a job well-done.
Getting in any kind of a wreck sucks but it's nice to know there's a stand-up repair center in this area.
