Info needed on Griffin & Howe Scope Mount

I was fortunate to acquire a US Springfield 1922 M1 which was sporterized and converted from 22 LR to 22 Hornet which is centerfire. It has a G&H Side Mount installed but did not come with the top slide or rings. The bolt has not been altered. I bought a pre-war (all steel rings) top slide...

Hodgen Li'l Gun and Remington 6 1/2 Primers

I have a new 22 Hornet and need to locate som Li'l Gun powder and some Rem 6 1/2 primers. The only places I have found them on-line are suspicious as they answer with incorrect English phrasing and require PayPal Friends & Family payment. I was born, but not yesterday. If anyone knows where I...

      Federal Small Pistol Primers anywhere?

I need some Federal Small Pistol Primers, or some Federal Match Small Pistol Primers. Does anyone know where I can pick up a carton (1000) on the north side of Indy or within 30 miles of Fishers? Must be Federal primers.

Are there any others here that are interested in the US Springfield Model of 1922 , M1922M1, and the M2 rifles

I've been interested in these rifles since I found one in a long ago closed shop in Bloomington (Schmaltz's) in 1980 and bought it for $50 down and $50 a month for 6 months. (A wife and three kids, one income!). I've had several since and lately added a couple to my collection. The only guys...

WTS: SOLD War time 1915 C-96 Broom Handled Mauser with Holster Stock SOLD

That is an interesting gun. My father told me he threw one away in Germany during the war. He said it was heavy and he tired or toting it around with all the other stuff he had. He did bring back a Luger, P-38 and a small Mauser pistol along with his Remington Rand. Sadly for me, he sold...

I should have looked at your photos better before sending my first message. If you will accept $650 cash I will buy your outfit if it is a 12 gauge. We could meet somewhere of your choosing for a face to face transfer. I realize that is less than asking, but it is all that I have available now.

Class III owner passed away and was likely intestate; what do I tell the common-law-wife about transferring several suppressors

All good info so far. On Wednesday I will have the first chance of seeing what suppressors the deceased owned and will inspect the paperwork and match it all up. I know there is an attorney....friend of the lady......but she no longer handles contested wills; apparently some brothers and...

Class III owner passed away and was likely intestate; what do I tell the common-law-wife about transferring several suppressors

An acquaintance of a friend passed away of a heart attack at a young age. He had several silencers and the paperwork has been found. I was referred to the common-law-wife as someone who could advise her about how to dispose of them. Thus far, a will has not been discovered, and there may not...

How best to sell factory SBR

I bought a Sig 551A1 SBR a couple of years ago, and I have yet to shoot it. I've been thinking of selling it to fund another toy. Is the only way to sell is to sell it to a dealer? Or is it perhaps OK to arrange a sale and then go to a Class 3 dealer for processing/holding?
