      Anybody ever try to heat an enclosed trailer? My plan has gone bunk since split systems don't work below a certain temp. I've bought 2 small wall heaters with BTU Ratings that state they can heat space 2-3 times the size of the trailer. But nothing works that great. I know a big issue is...

      Name this part(Electrical motor)

      This motor has a gear set that drives a jack screw. It lifts and lowers. But it does not stay in place. I have a feeling that this brake/clutch is toast and allowing the jack screw to reverse when the load is applied. Cannot find a name except warner electric.

      At our vacation house and we can't hold a constant pressure. The pump will not turn off, we have a solid 60 psi output from the pump, from there it goes through a check valve, into a bladder tank where we have 30psi of air, then to the house..
