      Supreme Court said that Epa can't make laws. How would this affect the Atf? Basically, the same abusive actions. Any thoughts from the knowledgeable people?

      Background check question.

      Why on a background check does the government want or need to know the make,model,serial number, and caliber of the firearm? I apologize if this has already been gone over, but it's always seemed wrong.

      Thoughts about background checks

      Slick willie Clinton made getting a ffl almost impossible for most of us hobbyist gunowners. He bragged about reducing ffls by approximately 75%. This set up the situation today, where the democrats want ubcs. Which I truly believe will lead straight to registration. Does anybody have any ideas...

      At a dui checkpoint, as this is a "casual encounter" do I have to show my Drivers license or LTCH? Do I even have to roll down my window? Just curious.

      I have a 1911 lower that I purchased with a 22 lr upper on it. I have seen a 9 mm conversion kit in the Sarco ad in firearms news and wondered if would work if this lower if it had been a 45 originally?       class 3 to class 3 dealer transfer time?

      My B.S. meter is ticking on this one. I won a 22 pistol and suppressor at a NRA raffle. I live on the East side of the State. I asked my class 3 ffl if he could have both pistol and suppressor shipped to him to do the transfer. My ffl is now saying that there is a 7 to 9 month wait for class 3...
