Ditto. My grandparents bought the very first I/O to come out of Galyans after they bought out Jayhawk and modified one of the outboard molds. Last I knew that boat was still sitting behind my cousin's home in Bloomington, but hadn't ran in probably 30 or 40 years. Loved Galyans, hate Dicks...
I carry two extra mags when I carry my 1911, only one extra when I carry my double stacks. Wife carries a Sig P938 single stack so carry two extra with it. I have five each for my four semi autos and currently have five for the AR, but plan on purchasing more for the AR soon.

Factory Seconds, so far out of 3k bullets random checked, none have been out...
I am finding supplies for .223/5.56 readily available at this time. Small Rifle Primers from Natchez, Processed Brass from Capital Cartridge, Factory Second bullets from Midway, and Hodgdon H335 from MidSouth all at reasonable prices.
Hello to all. Jeff here from Martinsville. Soon to be 64 years old and recently got back into gun ownership. Currently have three 9mm semi autos, on 45 semi auto, a Ruger 10/22 for squirrel hunting and I have an AR 15 on it's way. Started reloading on 9mm and have reloaded 45 ACP and in the...
I have seen YouTube videos where some people are reloading used primers. Not something I'm interested in, but I have been saving my old primers and if anyone here is interested they are yours for the asking. I have small and large pistol (mixed together) and small rifle (in a separate...
Funny you should say that. I started out with a Hornady LnL AP. After messing up some of my first reloads I bought a Lee Breech Lock Single Stage press and a Hornady bullet puller die. Since then I have bought dies to de-prime, size, and re-prime on the Lee. Seems like I have fewer problems...
Just starting to reload my first rifle rounds. 223/5.56. The AR is on it's way. :)
I'm fairly new to reloading. Started out with 9mm, finally stopped at 3k rounds. After I bought the 1911 I started reloading 45 and currently have done about 2k rounds. I have a thousand 223/5.56 cases...
Thanks for all of the replies. Apparently I was overdoing it with the LemiShine and not rinsing my brass good enough. I have since switched to a 9mm case of LemiShine in each of the Harbor Freight Rock Tumbler drums and just a dash of Dawn dish soap. I make sure I thoroughly rinse after...
No offense taken, thanks for everyone's response. I suspect from the replies that I am using too much Lemi-Shine and not rinsing the brass thoroughly. I have some more brass on the way and I'll do some more experimenting.
Thanks again to everyone that responded for helping a "newbie"...
