      Revolver ID?

      I recently acquired this handgun, and I have no idea what it is. It is smaller than a .38. The markings are almost completely gone. Maybe it has "AYCIAEIBAR" on the side? Any help is appreciated.

      I have this Model 98 that I have had for a few years. It has 1927 stamped into several places, but is missing the bottom plate. A big question I have is what are all the small eagle (?) stamps on it? And what is an approximate value? Should I try to find an original stock for it? Thanks,
