      MFT AR magazines

I have several. The earlier ones distort when full but still work. I use them as range mags.

      S&W Shield Safety

Yes! I’ve had mine since they were released. It’s just one less think to worry about in a sticky situation.

      Help identifying/pricing a china hutch

Well it looks quality. Unfortunately the market for China cabinets (or traditional wood furniture in general) is at a low point. I would be happy getting $300 from it. Looks like it’s 60’sish and furniture store bought if I had to guess. Definitely not a cheap piece when new.

      F350

I had an 01 f250 with a v10. It was a great truck. We blew out two spark plugs under extremely heavy load and had all of them heli-coiled when replaced. The only other issue was brake calipers locking up. The guide pins are prone to rust.

Can we increase the minimum posts?

I’ve been on here for years but rarely do I post anything anymore. I read and learn. I do still think this is the best forum out there though.

      1903a3

Nice one! Mines just a refurbished drill rifle but after having it checked out for safety boy does it shoot.

      Ruger GSSR

Yup! Have never unpacked a bolt gun with the bolt in the gun. They can make the box just that much smaller that way.

Working Rural Kings Gun Counter and dealing with management store Mgnt. Sigh....

Most of these policies are new, (last 2ish years). They were brought about since Rural King brought on a consulting firm called FFL guard to protect their corporate interests. The idea is to go well above the letter of the law to protect the ability to sell guns in over 100 locations. There were...

      20 Gage semi-auto Recommendation

I bought the wife a cz 720 last year. The finish is beautiful and it has been dead reliable. For the price I think they are a bargain.

Does anyone know much about Fox Sterlingworth?

Those ones on gunbroker with newish car prices are high grade. Yours is field grade. Depends heavily on when it was made as to price also, could be 800 could be a grand or two. That is one of the finest upland guns ever made though.

      Lawn mower advice requested

I’m a huge fan of husquvarna tractors. The commercial models anyway. If you want another one the size of your old one John Deere from a dealer (vs big box) is hard to beat. They hold value well. I would stick with Kawasaki or Honda motors. I have sworn off any Briggs of Kohler motors made in the...

WHy All Guns Are Always Loaded

I have done that with my son since he was in the third grade. If I saw anything unsafe we packed up and went back to the house, never firing a shot a few times. After a couple of those range trips got cut short he realized if he was diligent about his safety we would shoot to his hearts content.

      Mushrooms

Fried up our first batch tonight. Took me three trips for about 4 hours total to find enough for a meal. We got one good rain then nothing. A good rain and they will pop again up here.

      Tool Chests

I was very impressed with the harbor freight brand tool boxes. I am planning on going to one large box myself. These and the craftsman professional line have made it to the top of my list. Snap On is nice (my son has a very nice one) but not using them professionally I cannot justify the price...

      .22 Long ammo

This! The cb’s are what you will want. I don’t know about most wal marts but these are the ones that usually turn up.

      .22 Long ammo

I had one of those 1890s in “long only” . Great gun but I got rid of it because of ammo availability. This was at the dawn of the internet and finding it locally was hit or miss. I traded it for a cz 455. Now I look for them at gun shows but can’t find a decent deal so far.

      124gn Berry's plated loads

Recoil at 4.0g is very mild. It’s a good all day plinker for me.

      124gn Berry's plated loads

I’m at 4.0g of bullseye and 1.13oal for the Berry’s 124g. It cycles everything I own and is fairly accurate.
