RK in Greenwood does not do it but the one in Martinsville does. I was told by their manager it is a requirement by the ATF to get/ keep their license to sell guns. Most who by guns there purchase the cheap gun case, take it to the car and return the case for a refund.
Congrats to the OP. I am also done with employers. The company I work for just send out a letter stating that they are going to "voluntarily quit" anyone not vaxed and have the papers submitted by Jan 4th. That will save me all the headaches of submitting retirement papers.
Same here. I was told to get out or cross train in 1975 after only 4 years on the flight line. Chose to go into long range Radar and stayed another 6. Hearing aids helps but can't wear them in a room full of people
I get delayed every time. I made one purchase a few years ago that still shows delayed. Dealer called me after the minimum time to come in and pick it up. Purchased another gun from him 6 months later and he said that previous one still had no action on it.
Most circles I am and Old Timer. I'm 69. A few years ago I made a spread sheet and listed all my toys with approximate value and added a column of who I wanted some of them to go to should I pass first. There is another column for the "To Sell". Unfortunately the list is longer now than when I...
I picked up that S&W M&P 15 Sport. My son got one at Rural King on Black Friday and brought it out and we ran a couple magazines through it. Basic AR but it seemed to be pretty solid. I saw that add in the classifieds grabbed it. Haven't ran it yet but looks brand new.
As you can tell I didn't make a run to the classifieds. I have been a member for a couple years but still have a very low post count. Made my first purchase from the classifieds today. Too old and slow to run anywhere.
Guess that transaction today was like the Tortise and the Hare :)
Yes, right next to Grandpa's Cheese Barn. I did get some cheese and dip and guess I don't have much room to complain about the price of the ammo compared to what I paid for the cheese :)::):
I just drove home from Cleveland. Of course I had to check out Fin, Feather and Fur. They had loads of ammo in every caliber. Must have had 50 boxes of 400 round American Eagle 22 lr. $40.00 a box. Most other calibers were priced the same way. First time I ever left there empty handed.
I went to Pops a several years back. I got that same info then. Haven't set foot in the place since. It wasn't just the policy but the way it was delivered.
WM on US 31 South put there ammo out at 9 pm. They had a lot for a few minutes. I was number 4 in line so both the M22 boxes were snatched up. Everything they got in was value pack except the 5.56. There was still a line behind me so I doubt they have much left. The lady at the counter said she...
I will find out for you in the morning. My neighbor was a door gunner on number 049 in VN. They are rebuilding the helo he flew in up at Grissom for the museum.
