      Reaplying after 30 years Dont have my old permit. Only had it the 1st 4 years and never reapplied. Do I just apply for a first time permit? Or is there a place online to find my old permit number. Thanks

      It's been 30 years New guy here. Lifetime IN resident. It's been 30 years since I let my LTCH expire. Will I have to start over or do a renewal. Moved about 6 miles away since to. Thanks
