      anyone got 930 spx experience?

      I got a version 1 model and it wouldn't really cycle anything at all, sent it back and when i got it back they had replaced the mag tube, mag spring, bolt/carrier and trigger group. Run just fine now.

      How badly was it rusted? looking over my xdm today im starting to notice some spots right in front of the back sight, scrubbed at it with a cloth and some rem oil and its not coming off, thinking about shooting them an email to see what they'll do ( if anything )

      Wandered into there yesterday, decent selection of sports and clothes and stuff like that, rifle selection is ok while i didn't see any handguns there except some co2 stuff. Im hearing ammo is really cheap there, though i didn't see any. My 2 cents....

      Ive always toyed with the idea of purchasing one of these. I was looking on the CMP site yesterday and i notice that they now sell them in converted to .308. Now the question is, Having a M1 in .308 would this take away some of the historical value to you? And how easy would it be to convert it...

      My father bought me my first rifle there, A Remington 597 when I turned 16. I remember wandering up and down the aisles just drooling at everything they had. Good times, I miss that place.
