This can give you a start on what/where/why there are differences on the platform and why you have to know which one you are building.

Had a coworker come up to me the other day and say "Did you know 22 will zip right through drywall?". He evidently thought it was going to stop it as he was trying to use one sheet as a backstop.
I remember someone posting a notice IMPD put out to it's officers about people carrying. I can't seem to find it, anyone able to search better than me?
I've been absent from the firearms world for a bit. Living with family while building my new house and can't keep my firearms here. So I didn't even realize they had started producing them.
Although it seems you have made your mind up. You won't be disappointed. I have a 10 on my 10.5 build and love it. When I pulled it out of the package I had to convince my stepdad that it was really made out of metal. I want to build a SPR and use a 15.
What a weekend. Always a good time meeting other like minded people.
I can't wait to get back out and see my improvement with practice. I was definitely getting frustrated with myself during the first AQT. Big thanks to Mudcat and Rayne for the extra attention. I sat down today and looked at...

So I recently purchased a barrel for my first build and was so excited when it arrived in the mail. Only to be disappointed (possibly) when I looked down the barrel and saw what looks like a defect in the barrel when I first saw it. It's about a quarter of an inch long and a mm at its widest...
This is of no help but I've had no trouble other than some surface rust from my promags in my 9 full size. My baseplates didn't fall off but I've replaced them after a little use for stock baseplates. Bought mine end of last summer.
I would contact promag and see.
I'm putting decent part (I think) in my Anderson lower. Sure it's not a cool name and billet but has the Cerro forge mark. The parts I've put in so far haven't given me and trouble.
I paid 59 or 69.
