i've been in there a couple of times and encountered the same crotchety guy went ahead and bought some ammo anyway and he seemed to lighten up a little bit.that kind of person puts people off.customer service should be #1 priority when you're selling the same product as the guy down the street.
i have a set of crimson trace laser grips on my g19 they are excellent for self defense but when i target practice they go out of adjustment after 100 rounds or so.so when i target practice i just take them off.has anybody else had this happen?
i was delayed at dick's (fitting name) when i tried to buy a henry lever action .22 legally they could have released the gun on the fourth day but their policy is to hold the gun until they get a call back 2 weeks later still no call. so i told them to keep it.they didn't care
