I recently acquired an older German (Simson) .22 rifle and need to have a person with very good tig welder skills do a repair. Any suggestions/recommendations? Thank you. Oldbird13
Surprised no one has mentioned the Big45 product. I have removed major rust as well as fine from numerous rifles, hand guns and their parts. Also used on vintage scope tubes. Kano Kroil and Big45 would be my choice. Good luck.
Fellow members, I am trying to purchase a Springfield model 1922 M2 rifle. I foolishly missed out on one at a recent auction and am hoping someone out there no longer is in need of their rifle or may know of someone who might be interested in selling theirs. Located in Indy area and am willing...
Anybody own one of these (SAKO P72 in .22lr made in Finland) or know somebody that does? I came across one and I have no literature/manual at all. I looked on Sako & Beretta's site to request back manuals and they did send a reply.."sorry, but we no longer. so now I am reaching out for...
I recently acquired a Sako P72 in .22lr and I am looking for a gunsmith who is knowledgeable with these models. I am also interested in acquiring any material/literature/manual that is specific to that model. Any advice/help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Craig aka Oldbird13:(

Has anyone here ever gone to some shows out-of-state. It seems to me that not much changes from show-to-show at the 1500. Frankly I have been a little disappointed in some of the shows in the recent past. The law of large numbers/scale would obviously apply whether you are selling guns, knives...
This guy would make a great politician! Claims he wasn't hating Huntertown yet makes a statement "I'd totally buy another suppressor if it was from an IN maker". Keep shoveling, faster, faster..
