      what is so great about the 1022?

      sweet aftermarket. I never found them extremely reliable but not many semi .22s seem to be. So many cool aftermarket stocks to make it fun and cheap to shoot. All the .22 AR clones excite me more though

      depends entirely on locale. As was said, more rural or even suburb areas maybe. In a city it couldnt hurt but Id prefer lower weight quicker shots

      Whatever it be make sure youll actually carry it. In my experience, I always left anything bigger than my PF9 in the car out of discomfort. My pf9 and airweight got carried all the time. Either can work for you

      Never had a problem carrying with one in the pipe. I wouldn't carry any other way and Ive carried safety-less glocks and other polymer pistols IWB that way

      Pretty irresponsible to pull your gun just to show some gump. You can inform them your carrying if your comfortable!

      Never dropped a gun in memory. But Ive met TOO many jerk gunstore employees who would ream you out for a simple accident.
