Does anyone know how to apply a rough grip texture to a Glock (or any other plastic gun/gun part/mag) using epoxy? I'm not talking about stippling with a soldering iron, but rather using epoxy to build up some material and then somehow shaping that material into a coarsely textured surface...
Does anyone know how to create a grip like that? Not some soldering iron stippling but the actual tree bark epoxy texture like in the article. I can never seem to find any info on that sort of thing.
I'd buy that right this moment if I could. :yesway:
What's kind of annoying though, is if you want to shoot IDPA SSP, you can't use a conversion barrel. So even though a Glock 31 with a .40 barrel is identical to a Glock 22, the fact that the slide is marked .357 makes it illegal.
I think that proper training can make you proficient with any firearm. Sure, it's tempting to try and take the easy way out by buying different guns and trying to find one that points more naturally or feels better in your hand. But really, you can't call yourself a marksman if you are only able...
Well, all of the poll options are 1 MOA groups, but getting those groups at longer distances are more indicative of accuracy. Factors that increase group size increase exponentially with range.
