      Congrats! It sounds like a lot of hard work has really paid off for you. You're giving me motivation to keep going myself. Out of curiosity, what's your go-to bourbon? For me, it's Evan Williams' Bottled-in-Bond or sometimes Buffalo Trace.

      Sounds to me like you hit a plateau and your body would benefit from some different exercises. I've spent some time in fitness communities lately and that seems to be a common problem.       You need at least one day of rest per week. Minimum. Do stretches on that day if you don't feel right not doing anything.

      Oh, nice control! When I'm home again I'll do just that. I replace all springs at the first sign of wear though. If you're going to carry concealed then that means you're carrying concealed. Couldn't have said it better myself.
