      yeah the cases are swelling, I can eject the rounds no problem manually but once I shoot the cases gets stuck.

      Winchester, Remington, Pmc x-tec, and wolf. 5.56 and I also tried Remington .223, I got the barrel from IKON.

      So I built a galil sar awhile ago and at first it had failure to feed every 20 rounds or so because the cases didn't eject. Had to use a ak cleaning rod and ram the case out every time it happened. Thought it was a weak ejector spring so I changed it and it got worse. Failed to feed after every...

      yep, handguards, pistol grip, mag are all bakelite. I love the patterns the molding process produces only thing is its made of formaldehyde and asbestos.

      Been living in Indy the last few years, recently bought a house and have been greatly expanding the variety of my collection. Mainly into surplus firearms, especially ww2. Thanks for accepting me into the community.
