Depends how strongly you feel about it. I wouldn't waste my time. I'm not involving myself with .gov in any capacity unless absolutely necessary. This is way, WAY down on my list of things to be concerned about.
If you leave it blank, it’s kind of a blank check for abuse downstream, isn’t it? In other words, if it’s blank, it seems like it’d be easier for someone to fraudulently fill something in later.
My folks just taught us - BE CAREFUL. Solves lots of "problems" - cheaply.

I think this is often the case. And, it seems such abrasive material is more easily embedded into the surface of leather than it is a Kydex or thermal plastic holster.
So, since the thermal plastic/Kydex holsters are more resistant to the embedment of abrasive material, and are easier to clean...

Take a look at the Comp-Tac Infidel Max [1]. Nothing fancy or whiz-bang about it. Just a solid piece of kit. Been using Comp-Tac hardware about daily and in training for 12 years so far, and have yet to have one fail.
