      If the propellant has leaked out, is it not due to the expiration date. Expiration date is for the potency. It has leaked out due to a poor manufacturing process and quality assurance. I recommend that you switch to another brand if this has happened to you.

      Its not that it's failing to extract. It is not unlocking after the round is fired. I do not believe it to be ammo.       no marks or blemishes on the live or spent. The problem never occurs on a dry cycle with live ammo.
