      Springfield XDs 9/45 recall

I received my XDs 45 today. To my surprise it came in a new box with a new owners manual, my Talon grip intact and to top it all off a spiffy new 7 round magazine and extra spacer. It was a screwed up way to do a recall but they did make it right by me. I have to take it to the range this...

Why We Should Stay Out of Syria

Let's arm both sides. They can wipe each other out more efficiently and leave us alone. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, neither side is friendly to the US.

      Springfield XDs 9/45 recall

My XDS went back to Springfield today, it will be missed. Wouldn't it be great if they returned it with a new magazine for our trouble?

Does anyone else not care about what happens in Syria?

I agree, send both sides ammo and let them wipe themselves out.

FMJ or HP in your .380 for SD

I've read many threads (here and other forums) on HP vs FMJ and the great expansion vs penetration debate goes on forever. I've not read about how lack of penetration has resulted in the bad guy continuing the attack. If I go by some of these threads it would seem that HP ammo bounces off the...

You know the ammo shortage isn't over yet because......

I frequently check out the INGO events to avoid missing another get together to meet, eat and shoot. Lately I see a lot of meet and eat but with the limited availability of ammo the only thing we are shooting is "the breeze" these days. I'm really looking forward to the shelves being stocked...

      Stuck Case, Dillon 550B

Been there done that. I had that happen once. I cleaned up my dies and no more problems. Yep, they do have to be cleaned every now and again (ie every 10k rounds or so).

      Nuclear sub Captain!

Bravo Zulu He has earned that position. Two tours on SSN676, three Captains, two Med runs, three northern runs, one under ice and countless hours of stores loads and weapons loads under my belt. My memories of time spent on Billfish are some of the best and worst of my life. He has a level of...

      Obama is trying his best

I'd like to think this post is sarcasm but given that he is serving his second term, there are people out there that believe this to be true. IDIOCRACY is here.

      This is unbelievable...

IDIOCRACY When I watched the movie, I laughed because it was so stupid. I'm starting to think it may be quite prophetic.
