If you plan on taking more than 1 class / year at MALC you should go ahead and join 7CCRT. It cost $100, but you get $100 off of most of the classes. There are some great classes - the pistol/rifle classes are good.

I like mine. It is snappy. It'll want to break your grip after a shot or two. What I did that really helped is I got the medium aggressive talon grip and I put a little patch where support thumb rides on the rail.

Typically, I just cast with ww lead and the hp boolits generally fragment when they hit water/gel and the solids generally just pass on though without dumping a lot of energy.
We did do some testing on some 40 cal boolits and they expanded nicely.

Finally got around to trying the MP 452-200 mold with the penta points! Cast about 14 lbs. I used some nice clean 1:25 lead so they should expand nicely.
I think smoothing out the internals smoothed out the trigger pull and the different springs dropped the pull weight a little. It's still a fairly heavy pull and still has a distinct wall.
With the sentinel, you can still see a couple mm of the top of the sights and some color of the front...
