I was wondering the same thing. I'm on my second Bersa (new one is a Thunder .380). My old one died with a broken slide. I found out they started their lifetime warranty just after I bought my old one. That really explains my luck perfectly.
I love the looks of the Marlin 1895 and the mares leg. Don't have either, but I'd probably consider trading my wife for the pair. Uh, please don't tell her I said that.
One would assume (I know), if you treat them like the communistic state of Illinois, lock the gun in the trunk (I have a lockbox in my van), you should be ok.
