Thanks k12lts, that was my intent and couldn't wrap my head around doing it correctly for some reason.

I agree on him being a felon, but during the show the police said they had to check on his felony to know if he could have a gun. I thought a felony was a felony and you then couldn't have a gun. ????
He went from no gun in his house to throwing another person under the bus (can't remember if it was his brother). Crazy for sure and I also seem to think the toddler didn't put that gun back like that and close that roll top.

Some people really shouldn't own a gun. The guy is a convicted felon.

When the BGPD arrived home owner was sleeping, sick.

He said the cousin, brother ? has been staying over and wasn’t there at the moment. He also said he didn’t own any guns and they can look around.

Could the cousin or brother been the gun owner leaving it hidden and been at another apt nearby while leaving the kid unattended to go right to it?

    It was a thought,
I haven’t been keeping on top of it at all.

I would assume that the neighbors Ring camera would have caught the mythical cousin leaving the apartment, and I’m sure PD reviewed everything leading up to the incident.

If nobody was seen leaving that apartment, then it falls solely on dear ol’ dad.
