    Kidnap In Progress- W Columbia & N Third Ave. Caller states a white male, wearing a pink and yellow dress with a long black coat over it, just tried to kidnap her grandson. Caller states the male ran southbound and is now on the ground in the 900 block of W Maryland. Caller’s 32-year-old son tackled the suspect. EPD on scene.

    lib a whole scenario where we were defending this guy at trial and making our arguments to the jury. Mine always went the "who's to judge what consenting adults do" direction. 'Course, the chickens used to end up dead, so....
