I was 15 when a friends father put a Colt Gold Cup in my hands and it was the 1st pistol I had shot. Still love the 1911 but lean toward guns with more bullets.

If it has two wheels and a motor it will put a smile on my face. Started on a friends mini-bike and my grandfathers Honda 90. Had Honda's and Kawasaki's and ended up with Harley's.

When I was in my 20's an elderly neighbor bought a moped and was so proud of it I that when he repeatedly pushed for me to ride it I finally relented. I was embarrassed to be seen on it as I rode off but a block away I had a grin on my face. I was so ashamed.
Any mode of transportation with an engine is fun. In 1975 my dad bought me a new XR75 Honda for my 13th birthday, I still ride it. :):

That’s general custard stuff. Single shot carbine when the Indians were shooting repeaters. Cool old rifle!

Looks like it was cap fired and now its cartridges. They converted flintlocks into cap and then they converted some of the cap rifles into trapdoor. Then made others new.

    That's leadeyes area.
I have an 1861 Springfield that one of my ancestors used in the civil war. But it takes cap n minie balls

I looked it up and it passes muster as an 1873 Trapdoor. The real deal Neal. The only thing is the barrel is black which makes it an earlier version or so I am reading. I will wait for his honor the Lead Eye.
