Topless lotion application is a serious thing that needs to be monitored carefully. There's nothing funny about it. Please, if you see this happening stop what you are doing and watch in case of an accident, be ready to assist if required. Notify the rest of us so those in the area can come by and provide backup if needed. Remember, have your recording device charged & ready at all times during the summer months, be aware and document all activity.
