You know the answer? Then why waste our time with this?
Why volunteer the information that you have a firearm? Just enjoy your gambling stay without anyone else knowing.
Because to carry there is a criminal act, and most of us prefer to not have to pay large fines or spend time in jail.
The Riverboat part has been removed & that's how/why they got the waiver for the lock boxes.
O
I'm not sure it's criminal, it's a "rule" not law, but you still have "Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate removal from the casino, immediate detention by security personnel, the imposition of civil penalties, or exclusion under applicable law."
So, kicked out, detention, civil penalties and no coming back. So I tried to follow the rule, but the casinos don't have to.

I wanted to see if anyone else knows about the waiver from Aug 30 2013. No one has said anything about it when anyone has asked about casinos.
The IAC has been post a few times and it said they shall have lock boxes.
it also said you can't carry in the casino, we know that.
I went to Hoosier Park Sunday and talked to 2 IGC agents about not having lock boxes there & I even showed them the IAC.
Removal from the casino and exclusion don't seem so bad.
What possible civil penalties could they apply? If I understand correctly you can not be charged with any crime if caught possessing a firearm in a casino? So you are g2g if you conceal and dont get caught?
