Rubbing alcohol guys

I usually drink the walgreens brand, but lately have been hitting the CVS brand pretty hard. Anybody know a good brand that doesn't make your gut ache?

Sure can. I've done it myself at .56 at ILEA in Plainfield. Nope, not .056, but .56.

Gargle and then immediately hit the tube.

The 20 minute waiting period is to ensure that the residual "mouth alcohol" (DoT's term) is burned off.
