I have a matching (except mag) M37 Femaru, made in Budapest. These were made for the Luftwaffe on a contract so it has all the appropriate stamps as you expect. Chambered in .32, not .380. It comes with a spare magazine and “tropical” holster. It too is dated 1941 with a waffenampt on the backside. This is a fairly uncommon pistol. I’ve only ever seen one in person and it’s the same one I purchased. The finish is beautiful and original.
