Probably true here in the U.S.. When I visited Australia, "topless" on the beach was okay pretty much anywhere. It wasn't a bad thing. Although I had to avert my gaze if the girl I was there to visit noticed me looking.

I carefully watched the video. Did we actually get a good shot of the girl without the bra on? I need to examine that closely to determine how I feel about this.
