    Not sure why this is even an issue. It's up to whatever the FFL wants to charge. It's up to you whether you are willing to pay for his services. Kinda like what a lawyer charges for his services, they set the price, pay their price or find someone else.

    Good question. It seems that many on INGO want to claim gouging when someone charges more than they deem appropriate for the transfer. So I asked the question see what they would say…

    Wonder if they would ask the same about going to the doctor.
    Gotcha, most don't want to pay anything, the FFL should be happy to do it for free. Do you think they would be willing to work a half hour a day at their hourly job for free?
    Some gun owners are strange any way when it comes to spending money. They go and spend 3K on a custom handgun or rifle and then buy the cheapest junk ammo they can to shoot in it, then complain that the guns doesn't function correctly. Never will understand that, lol.
