    I favor what's morally and ethically right over any position in a given situation.
    Indeed, and that can be done without non-competes. I don't need rules to act ethically.


    But... how many non-competes are used and enforced these days? I think I had one that said to the effect of, "Just don't poach our employees within one year." Which, IMHO, is fair.
    At least 'round here it's common for nurses to bounce between hospitals and engineers to bounce between defense contractors.

    I think this isn't going to do much either way. The stuff about tools to fix your iPhone and tractor - yeah that's important. And the rules about luggage (or so I heard), it would have been nice to get a refund when my luggage when to a different county.


    BUT - I certainly didn't hear any outcry from NPR about using EO's...
