And mine could very well take me in the opposite direction... could very well be a couple "bubba" volunteer part time deputies "playing" cops and robbers because their cousin is county sheriff in some random southern state county.Yeah not sure those guys really look like cops. I'm now in "need more info" mode. I've seen enough real videos of cops planting evidence so I may have let my confirmation bias get to me when I first clicked.
If indeed it's their own car, could it be that he's just securing whatever was in his back pocket in the trunk?Regardless, if they turned whatever the "found" over to LE to get the cuffed guy charged with it they need to be in jail for a long time.
Obviously if that is what happened (I don't believe it is from how I see it) then I am wrong and they deserve no punishment. If indeed it's their own car, could it be that he's just securing whatever was in his back pocket in the trunk?
Who, me? Never did any such thing... just called BS on this particular piece of disinformation... and after 3 minutes of searching, found it to be fictitious as presented.Since several already expressed doubts like this doesn’t happen.
Baltimore PD officer convicted of planting evidence caught on his own body Camera.
I mean a quick google and I can provide dozens of these videos and hundreds of court cases where a judge decided that evidence was planted or fabricated.Who, me? It does happen... once is too many... this particular snippet is propaganda to support a narrative deemed by many, myself included, to be a false narrative... "all cops" vs "one bad apple".
This only reinforces to me the falsity of that narrative.
Since they are bail agents, they don't need any other excuse to cuff and stuff you other than you skipped out on your bail. Why would they want to pin an extra charge on someone?Regardless, if they turned whatever the "found" over to LE to get the cuffed guy charged with it they need to be in jail for a long time.
The handful I encountered would have given their left nut to be a police officer. They might do it thinking it would gain them credibility with LE, could be this is their only method to "feel" like the real police or it may just be that this type of crap is the very reason no one would hire them.Since they are bail agents, they don't need any other excuse to cuff and stuff you other than you skipped out on your bail. Stuff like this. Means at any time anyone who is doing nothing wrong can have their life ruined.
Ok, found this.... bail bondsmen... their own car.
