    Around the Indy area, what is 223 going for these days per round? Looking to trade some 223 for some 30-30. Im curious what each is worth per round...Thank you.

    60 cents per round if you want it gone pretty quick. A bit more patience at ~70cpr. A few folks are asking a buck or more a round but it looks like it sits (and frankly, I don't believe everyone with crazy expensive ammo ads who claim they sold for their asking prices). Check the classifieds here for listings that are marked SOLD to give you a better sense of the current local market.

    Meanwhile, 30-30 is going for about 20 dollars a round, depending where you look :wrongdoor:

    In today's crazy prices and demands, it is wild. The best bet is to compare cost from the same supplier. This includes the cost and amount of powder, and weight and type of projectile.
