A town in Michigan denied people their right to free speech when it banned Tea Party signs because the are "too controversial." Then it outright banned all banners and signs brought to the park.

We have the right to carry signs in public. Period. This town council deserves to be smacked down.

Looks like they should move their rallies to in front of the town courthouse. With election season coming up, they won't ban signs completely so just go to where the current council members have their signs and post right on top of them.

This is ridiculous, why would they allow right wing hate speech in parks where young children might be exposed. These tea party people just want to starve children. It is hard to tell how many lives have already been taken by their conservative ideas.

We've become a "banning" nation, haven't we? If something offends somebody--ban it! If somebody thinks something somebody else is doing is dangerous--ban it too!

EXCEPT where privileged, officially sanctioned, and endorsed victomized groups are concerned.

Nancy Pelosi said they want to steal the meals from old people. And we all know how credible she is!

Like a sign that says something along the lines of:

    "<----- THIS GUY IS A RETARD. "
