It's 4:05 in the morning and my insomnia is kicking my butt. I missed Saturday due to no sleep so today doesn't look very good either. I had a couple to sell too. Poop!

My first time at this show today. Went to renew my gun club membership with no intentions of buying anything. Found 2 lbs of varget for a fair price considering today's market. More older guns than new. It was nice to see something besides all the new stuff you see at the 1500. I'll definitely add this to the must do again list.

    Farts smelled: 0
    BO smelled: 0
Times muzzle swept in 30 mins: 2
Admission fee: low as hell $5per and free parking
Shots fired while in attendance: 0

Only complaint: I wanted jerky and none to be had. First world problems I guess haha

Mrs. deekshooter and I went Saturday morning. I sold two revolvers and came home with a very nice shooter grade S&W Model 28-2 and my wife sold a carry gun she retired a couple of years ago. All in all another great Tipton gun show.

Went Saturday. Always find something interesting. This time was a early numbered 30 round AR mag. (The one that has 62667 on the side and an emerald green follower).

Saw a really nice 1978 SP 1 colt rifle priced at $4400. Not THAT nice though.

S&W 66s and 686s have broken the 1K thresh hold. Used.

Dan Wesson revolvers in fair condition have hit $700+.

Colt Lawman in nearly perfect shape priced at $700.

The highlight of the show was a collection of engraved Colts. At least 4 to 5 thousand dollars in factory letters. They were worth the 5 bucks to get in.

All in all worth the time and travel to see.

Did you see that guy walking around with the blown up Super Blackhawk?
I saw a few lbs of Varget for $45.00 is that what you found?

I thought that was one of the best Tipton shows in the last 10 years.

Missed the blackhawk. What's the story on that?

Bought that exact varget. Same price as online and no hazmat fee.

I blew it up long ago, Always thought it was a short charge of 2400. Met a vender that worked his career with a company that built and serviced steel annealers. He was telling me that Ruger had problems with casting alloys and with annealing those castings.
