Obviously it’s not authentic. As I watched it I didn’t get the impression it was anything more than a meme presenting a point of view. It’s not clear enough to call it propaganda per se. It’s just a meme. You either agree with the message or not. It resonates with you or not. To me, not so much. YMMV.
