I bet Avon is a mess. That's my only gripe about Avon. The traffic is horrible. You better get your stuff done before 1500 during the week and forget the weekend. I really hope the widening of 36 helps.

Remember that year very well. An extremely HOT, DRY summer. Quite a few days over 100*, at least for IN.

I do know people used to keep butter out. Now, they tell you not to do that.

Didn’t know that. Our “inventory” is kept in frig. The in use stick is kept out.

I was watching an America's Test Kitchen episode and they said NOT to do that. But, I agree with DD, if you eat it fast enough, I don't see any problem. Now, if you only use butter once a month, probably not a good idea.
