Med places are aggravating. I always get there early and then wait, wait, wait....

We like when our patients show up right on time. When they arrive early and they have to wait, we get a bit anxious knowing that they don't like it. If they arrive on time and have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes, we sometimes give them a gift card or something for the inconvenience. We have a gift card "tree" that they can pick from. We use the gift cards mostly for referral thank yous.
