I was going to make a pot roast and potatoes in the slow cooker.
But, I was up most of the night, and then slept until a couple hours ago.
So... looks like spaghetti for me.

Shift work my entire life. I just can't sleep by the clock right away.

I made an instant pot version of pot roast a few days ago. Took less than an hour and half. It was pretty tasty

Shift work my entire life. I just can't sleep by the clock right away.

But you used to work days too, right? So do you find yourself just having random sleep schedule changes based on your old schedule(s)?

Mostly I've been pretty good about sleeping at night.

Probably my biggest problem is, no wife or kids to keep me on a schedule.

Looks like in April I might have a brother moving in upstairs.
That might help. He works days.
