My dad has a old Bowie knife with a Stag handle that was handed down to him by my grandfather.
It looks like this one very similar.
It says on the blade Solingen Steel Germany.
I seen one like it once in my life about 20 years ago they wanted $200 for it then. It's been in the family since the late 1940's. It's definitely not getting sold.
