    Not sure what ‘aggravated homosexuality‘ is but it sounds aggravating.

    I've never understood what the "aggravated" modifier meant for anything. "Aggravated assault" = "Yes, I assaulted him, but he was aggravating me!" Maybe in this case it's "He was aggravating me, so I ****** him in the ***!"

    Hmmm. Seems like it would be someone participating without actually engaging in the act itself? So if two people are caught in the act, while a third person is taking pictures, I guess they could charge the photographer with aggravated homosexuality .

    I believe an "aggravated" crime is more dangerous or more serious than the "non-aggravated" version of the same crime.
    I do not think your example is correct.
