Except when THEY are the ones who pushed for those unconstitutional laws in the first place. And in THOSE instances, I say throw the book at them. Make them deal with the laws they helped bring us. Nobody deserves it more.

As do I. And the solution to those unconstitutional laws is to get them overturned and/or repealed as quickly as possible. Hoisting one of the Left's own on his own petard is one of the surest ways to get this particular unconstitutional law removed from the books.

You want fewer people arrested, tried, and jailed for violating the D.C. high-capacity ammunition feeding device ban? The solution is to use that ban against David Gregory to the fullest extent allowed by that unconstitutional law.

It's one of the many ironies of our world.

Gregory needs a real world example and education brought home to him.
He is living in his own liberal socialist utopia.
He is the one advocating and pushing unconstitutional laws.

Gunner, with all due respect, the second we start letting them use our morality and belief system against us, we lose. Period. I would seriously doubt that any on this board want to actually see any INNOCENT person arrested, tried, and jailed on unConstitutional laws, but to let someone walk that so blatantly breaks one of those very laws that he advocates for and is using to take away our Constitutional protections is not in my chemical makeup. He needs to be hammered as hard as can be to prove the insanity and danger of such laws.
Moments like this remind me of the saying "Thank God for Stalin", as he had the guts to do what was necessary to defeat Hitler on the Eastern Front. We are at turning point with those that want nothing more than to disarm us, and if we lose this fight, then I believe we are in much bigger trouble than what we already are.
