Happy Birthday MM! You are still the idea of who I want to be when I grow up. You and CM have made “Old school cool” a real thing.

The NightFision sights came in today and within a half hour were on the new P07. Talons grips are in the mail too and that will let me add this one to the carry rotation.

On a different note, I think I had a breakthrough with getting used to the RMR on the G23. Once I realized that I need to stop looking for the dot and just point shoot, the dot is there all of the time. I practice point shooting a lot and when you get used to point shooting, it puts the gun in a very good position to naturally see the dot. To point shoot, I just forget the sights and focus on the target while drawing. Then, as the gun comes up that damned dot is right where it needs to be.
