I always wanted to see in a movie or a TV show the bad guy say "you're not even going to load a round?" And the gun slinger say "mister, do you think I'm the sort of man who doesn't keep a round chambered?" Instead, I get to hear slide racking 5x in 2 minutes on a striker fired pistol.Everyone on Ingo knows just working the action on a pump shotgun immediately scares off criminals.
On this we agree.Use a 12 gauge if up close.

Edit:
Gotta drive up to Baltimore today. Have a good day, everyone

No clue if any of their tests mean anything but sure is entertaining to watch!Cliff note version?
One of these guys is doing it right (finger on the front of the trigger guard is debatable, because it works for some people).

Universal knowledge. Everyone knows the sound of racking a pump just like everyone every where knows the bird.Everyone on Ingo knows just working the action on a pump shotgun immediately scares off criminals.
Cliff notes version: Bullet design to bullet design with hollow points - doesn't make much difference. No clue if any of their tests mean anything but sure is entertaining to watch!
Didn't watch the videos. General consensus seems to be some HP bullets get clogged up by material (example denim) and therefore don't expand, resulting in over penetration and insufficient performance. Of course shot placement and all that matters. I'm not a doctor or specialist in any form, but I'd imagine any form of a bullet traveling thru a vital organ is gonna be a bad day. I suppose the difference is whether the threat stops immediately or is able to continue their actions they were engaged in for a bit longer. There seems to be a metric crap ton of self defense ammo on the market claiming this and that. Can be very overwhelming to try and understand it all. Then decide who to believe. YMMV and all that.Cliff notes version: Bullet design to bullet design with hollow points - doesn't make much difference.
Buffalo Bore 45 +P if you want penetration. Dang.
Wish he would have put a carhart on the test dummies.
SGE test?
Morning all...
Even better to brown some Italian sausage, adding some diced onion and bell pepper, then some minced garlic about a minute before adding sauce. Of course then adding some Italian seasoning, or at the minimum some oregano and basil.
My Dad does the same thing and he makes the best sauce I've ever had. He cooks his sauce for hours and he adds a ton of freshly minced garlic and a whole onion. He makes it in huge batches and freezes it for easy use. His sauce, without any meat and just dipped into with fresh crusty bread is the best I've eaten anywhere. Add some baked Italian sausage over pasta and it's absolutely to die for...
