At the Space and Rocket center in Huntsville, AL they used to have a Blackbird out in front. When we would drive by it I loved to look at it. Really cool!Any SR-71 Blackbird fans? In Kalamazoo, MI at the AirZoo, they are having a special night with the one they have on hand. August 13th and I think the 27th too.
Tickets are $100 or $250 but it looks like a really cool chance to see the plane and talk to those who flew it.
And the chains/bars love it.Not much at my house either, the gardener's car is on a maintainence package at the dealership when she bought it and I don't drive a lot. Tractor is a once a year thing. I keep the saws running on the generous side, you can see they oil spray coming off the chain.
I'm interested if this is still available. I can pick it up this week. And the chains/bars love it.
In this vane I have a factory Re-man Poulan. It’s 5cc (55cc) over and has a power valve carb on it. Damn thing is a bear.
Thing is it needs a primer pump. I left some crappy gas in it and it ate the carb and the push primer pump. Had the carb replaced and off to the races. My son went to fill it up and run it last month and the fuel would not prime.
If somebody wants I come get it. I have a spare bar and chain for it.
$10 and 20 minutes and you have a bad ass saw. For free.
Its yours sir. Just let me know.I'm interested if this is still available. I can pick it up this week.
This is my 2nd Poulin and as stated it is an over bored factory Re-Man. When it runs it will do the work. It's good to have a beast of a chainsaw. My Stihl Farm Boss qualified, but the doctor (and my wife) convinced me to let it go.
It's been replaced with an EGO 56 Volt electric, that weighs just 1/2 as much......and surprisingly eats through wood like a wild demon !
I don't go to Elkhart County but I do go to the Warsaw area. If the seller would work around my schedule, I could meet up with him and then we could work on the southern portion of the route?Just got an inch of rain in 20-30 minutes.
There is a CZ P-07 in the classie's that checks enough of the boxes to interest me but it's up in Elkhart County.
I was stationed at Beale A.F.B. in northern California for two years. Beale was the only stateside base that housed SR71's.
Because of a friendship between some senior enlisted guys, I was able to sit in the cockpit of a Blackbird. It was only for about 15 seconds, but it's something that you never forget !

I seriously think a plug and a primer pump will awaken the beast.
I would as soon see one of you all have it.
